Entry Requirements and Visas (IMPORTANT)

✈️West & South Africa:

  • Ghana:
    • Visa: Visa-free for Jamaican passports. USA, Canada, and UK citizens require a visa (Happistart will assist with embassy processing).
    • Vaccination: Yellow Fever vaccine required for entry.
  • Nigeria:
    • Visa: All passports require a visa for Nigeria (Happistart will assist with embassy processing).
  • Gambia:
    • Visa: Visa-free for Jamaican passports. USA, Canada, and UK citizens will require a visa on arrival.

✈️East & South Africa:

  • Egypt:
    • Visa: Visa on arrival for all passports (US $25).
  • Kenya:
    • Visa: Kenya ETA required for all passports (US $35, Happistart will process).
  • Tanzania:
    • Visa: Visa-free for Jamaican passports. USA, Canada, and UK citizens require a visa upon arrival or an E-Visa (Visa on arrival for US, UK, and Canadian passports, US $100–200).
  • South Africa:
    • Visa: Visa-free for Jamaican, USA, UK, and Canadian passports.

Vaccination Requirements:

  • Yellow Fever Vaccine required for all travelers entering these countries.
